With its high natural oxygen content (12 mg/L), Legend of Baikal water helps maintain the human body balance.
High amounts of dissolved natural oxygen are among the parameters that are used to assess potable water's purity and physiological value.
The pH value of Baikal water is 7.6, which is almost identical to the pH value of human body.
Such water does not carry any irritants and is easily absorbed by the human body.
We are one of the few companies that have received an official permit to extract water directly from Lake Baikal.
MODERN MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES
A closed technological production cycle, from blow moulding the bottles to filling them, eliminates the human impact and ensures top product safety.
Our Quality Management and Food Safety System is full certified under the ISO 22000:2018 international standard;
The water is gently purified before being bottled on an automatic production line, skipping the cistern transportation stage;
The water is extracted from the very heart of Lake Baikal, from 400-metre-deep layers with unique properties. It is pumped up a pipe to the water treatment shop. Legend of Baikal undergoes a thorough purification process, which helps it to preserve its natural, super-light-weight mineral content. Ultimately, it travels to the bottling shop.
Baikal Aqua is a modern production facility outfitted with high-tech equipment.
Its production shops currently run four bottling lines, yielding over 200,000 bottles of water per day.
